Part-Time Teaching Positions
Position Overview
FAITH Honors Academy is seeking multiple dedicated and highly motivated teachers who is passionate about academic rigor and intentional instruction within a homeschool/co-op hybrid model. The ideal candidate will be able to teach in this hybrid model; providing engaging, high-quality instruction in the classroom two days a week while equipping parents to support continuous learning at home.
The role would begin September 2026 with a few meetings / trainings during the summer months. The ideal candidate will be available to teach on-site Wednesdays and Fridays from 9AM to 4PM for our 2026 – 2027 Academic Year (September – May), but we will consider strong candidates with differing availability.

We are looking for individuals to cover the following subjects and grades:

Math: Grades 6 – 9, 10 – 12

English: Grades 6 – 9, 10 – 12

Science: Grades 6 – 9, 10 – 12
Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver rigorous, engaging lessons aligned with program standards.

Foster a classroom culture that promotes excellence, discipline, and curiosity.

Provide clear assignments and guidance for at-home instruction.

Communicate regularly and professionally with parents as educational partners.

Assess student progress and provide meaningful feedback.

Encourage critical thinking, strong writing, and articulate discussion.

Maintain organized lesson plans, grading, and classroom management systems.
Qualifications

Must be able to sign our statement of faith as a believer.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Teaching experience in classroom, homeschool, or hybrid settings.

Strong command of subject matter and a commitment to academic excellence.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to partner effectively with parents.

Organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
